Shipping Your Order
All orders are carefully prepared in our Atelier in France. They are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.
We regularly ship orders throughout France and to the United States, Canada, and many other countries worldwide.
Depending on the destination, weight, and nature of your order, we use La Poste services, including tracked mail, Colissimo, and Delivengo for certain international shipments under 2 kg, as well as Chronopost when appropriate.
Tracking Your Order
All our shipments include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the information needed to follow your package on its journey.
Shipments handled by La Poste can also be tracked directly through the La Poste tracking website.
Once a package has been handed over to the postal service or carrier, its transit and delivery are dependent on their services. We nevertheless take great care in preparing and protecting every order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, and characteristics of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over €90 within Metropolitan France.
To make the most of your shipping costs, we recommend combining your items into a single order whenever possible.
Two orders placed separately cannot always be combined, and shipping charges may therefore apply to each order.
International Orders
For shipments outside the European Union, customs regulations require us to declare the contents of the package and their actual value. This declaration is mandatory, including when the order is intended as a gift.
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be collected when your package arrives. These charges are determined by the authorities in your country and are independent of Goblin's WAY.
Some destinations may also be temporarily unavailable due to restrictions imposed by postal services or carriers.
Packaging & Protection
We take great care in preparing every order. Packaging is selected according to the items being shipped to provide the best possible protection during transit, with particular attention given to books, art prints, and other fragile items.
