Delivery: Unless you just want this cute bookmark, we strongly advise you to combine this item with other items, as this bookmark does not weigh much and delivery will cost more than the bookmark itself. If you're really just interested in the bookmark, we'll send it by tracked envelope !

Shipping

Fairy Bookmarks are lightweight. If you would like to order just a single bookmark, we will, of course, be delighted to send it to you. However, to make the most of your shipping costs, we recommend combining your bookmark with a book, an art print, a postcard, or another item from the Goblin's WAY shop.

Shipping Policy

We ship our orders from France to many destinations around the world. However, some countries may occasionally become temporarily unavailable due to postal service restrictions.

For international orders, please check with your local customs office to determine whether import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are determined solely by your country's customs authorities and are entirely independent of Goblin's WAY.

Delivery

We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

All our shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal service or carrier, we are unfortunately no longer able to control its journey and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Every order is packed with the utmost care to minimise these risks.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the official rates of La Poste, the French postal service.

International Orders

For shipments outside the European Union, customs regulations require us to complete a declaration stating the contents of the parcel, the value of each individual item, and the total value of the shipment.
